Where this all started
I didn’t start Flow Systems Consulting with a polished plan, I started it out of necessity. After 14 years leading large-scale global program implementations and $50M+ software rollouts, I learned to design systems that could scale, even when chaos threatened to derail everything.
However, transitioning from corporate to entrepreneurship revealed a key lesson. The corporate frameworks I mastered didn’t work for a solo founder with limited resources, a busy schedule, and no dedicated support. As a mom and entrepreneur, I needed simpler, more flexible systems that could serve my life, not overwhelm it.

After 14+ years in Fortune 500 and Big 4 consulting leading large-scale global program implementations and $20M+ software rollouts, and building operational infrastructure that kept complex organizations running. I knew how to walk into chaos and make it functional.
I quickly realized that entrepreneurs don’t need corporate complexity. What they need is strategic simplicity, systems that are adaptable and evolve with them. I designed frameworks that aligned with my natural rhythms, using AI as a tool to enhance my workflow, not replace it.
